Our Commitment
Aurevia Skincare does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.
We use service providers (such as website hosting, email delivery, and analytics tools) who process data on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use of your information to providing services to Aurevia.
Opt-Out Rights
If our practices change or if you believe your information has been sold or shared in a manner subject to opt-out rights, you may submit a request by emailing msavoia62@gmail.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Include your full name, email, phone number, and California residency status so we can verify and process your request.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights under California law.
