By accessing this website, requesting an appointment, purchasing products, or enrolling in a membership program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Medical & Aesthetic Services Disclaimer
Aurevia provides elective aesthetic, cosmetic, and wellness services. Information on this website is for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a doctor–patient relationship. Treatment suitability is determined only after an in-person consultation with a qualified provider. Individual results vary. No outcome is guaranteed.
Cosmetic injectables, laser devices, peels, microneedling, and related treatments carry inherent risks including bruising, swelling, infection, pigment changes, scarring, asymmetry, and allergic reaction. You agree to disclose your full medical history, medications, pregnancy status, and prior treatments before receiving care.
2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments are subject to availability and provider approval. We may require a deposit or credit card on file for certain services, packages, or memberships. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time unless otherwise stated at booking. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to arrive within the grace period may result in forfeiture of deposits or fees.
3. Pricing, Packages & Promotions
All prices, package inclusions, membership benefits, and promotional offers displayed on this website are estimates or summaries only. Final pricing, eligibility, and treatment plans are confirmed in clinic during consultation. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly authorized in writing. Offers may be modified or discontinued without prior notice. Membership credits and promotional balances are non-transferable unless approved by Aurevia and may expire per program terms disclosed at enrollment.
4. Skincare Shop & Product Sales
Retail products sold through our shop or in clinic are subject to separate return policies communicated at purchase. Product recommendations are not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation. Discontinue use and contact us if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction.
5. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All text, photography, logos, design, and other content on this site are owned by Aurevia or used under license. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
