Aurevia Skincare believes patients deserve clear information about who provides their care, how treatments are selected, and how pricing is determined. This Transparency in Healthcare notice supplements our clinical consent process and website disclosures.
Who Provides Your Care
Aesthetic and medical services at Aurevia are delivered by qualified licensed professionals appropriate to each treatment modality. You have the right to know the name, license type, and role of the person performing or supervising your procedure before treatment begins.
Clinical Decision-Making
Treatment recommendations are based on your stated goals, medical history, skin assessment, and evidence-based protocols — not on promotional pressure. We will explain alternatives, expected benefits, realistic outcomes, downtime, and risks. You may decline any recommendation without penalty.
Pricing Transparency
Website pricing, package ranges, membership tiers, and promotional summaries are estimates for planning purposes. Your final quote is provided during an in-person consultation at our Irvine clinic after evaluation. Itemized estimates are available upon request before treatment.
Financial Relationships
Aurevia may receive customary professional pricing on products and devices from manufacturers. We do not accept kickbacks for referring patients to unaffiliated providers. If a financial relationship materially affects a recommendation, we will disclose it to you.
Insurance & Elective Services
Most cosmetic and aesthetic services at Aurevia are elective and not covered by health insurance. We do not balance-bill for services not covered unless previously agreed in writing.
Complaints & Quality Concerns
If you have a concern about your care, contact msavoia62@gmail.com or speak with our front desk during business hours. Serious adverse events should be reported promptly so we can provide appropriate follow-up care.
Regulatory Contacts
California medical board complaints may be filed with the Medical Board of California. Nursing complaints may be filed with the California Board of Registered Nursing. Aesthetician licensure is regulated by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
